ChairDrop started with a familiar sight: empty chairs. Its founder cuts hair part time and sees gaps in the schedule every day. A last-minute cancellation leaves time available, but finding someone to take it isn’t always simple.

The idea is straightforward: help independent barbers share last-minute openings with nearby clients who opt into text alerts. Clients would get a heads-up and book in one tap. There’s no live product yet—we’re at the beginning, shaping an idea around the people who would actually use it.
